Did some crab stuffed avocados with sriracha mayo and sesame seed on top and they came out pretty darn good. I've got some good cheese that I'd like to mix with the crab before putting in the avocado. Which do you think would go better? Garlic and fine herb or shallot and chive?

Boursin cheese. Soft, creamy cheese.

You can try one of them. Not sure I'd do it for a stuffed avo, though.

No cheese if you ask me. Mix a few capers.

I think the crabmeat would break up trying to toss it in, also.

I too would skip the Boursin. The avo is creamy/fatty enough....add some contrast, like finely diced shallots and a dab of quality Dijon mustard.

Exactly. Why add another creamy texture? If anything I'd want something that might add a touch of crunch.
