Dude is always in the middle of the drama. Why would ATC only shut them down and not all the other breweries?

Probably the type of 'brewery' he is.

“We fricked up bad but we were gonna give away some beer. Wait let me flip that around. Now let’s delete the second part”

Dude is such a clown

Probably lying. Maybe targeting due to past issues. Both just guesses on my part.

He is a brewpub, no?

I don't believe they have shut down any other brewpub.

And yup.

Hate it for his employees who depend on working, but tough to feel sorry for him.

All the crap he deals with is self inflicted.

Then he posts half truths and whines on social media.

I don't give two shits about his politics, he has turned out to be a terrible person that goes out of his way to be an a-hole.

I knew you’d be here to knight for him.

Look, the dude has openly insulted Louisiana and it’s culture on his own public social media. Not just the politicians, but people and the culture.

He obviously loves California so much more, believes it’s a paradise, and wishes he was there. Well maybe this is a sign for him to go ahead and do better for himself in California since he hates being in Louisiana so much.

Like another poster stated above, he always seems to want to be a public drama queen, and why is his brewery/brew pub the only one with this issue.

No, I am here as a small business owner knowing what he is going through right now.

Nothing more, nothing less.

My above statement has nothing to do with His past behavior. I don’t agree with it.

So, what if you were to find out, say, he was open and allowing people to drink inside and beers weren't exactly to-go?

Scott intentionally left out the most important part of the story

He starts with talking about all these good things that he has done and producing beers to give away to certain types of employees. That's great.

Then he goes into talking about getting shut down and how it will hopefully get fixed.

nowhere in his talk does he ever try to explain why he got shut down. He doesn't even mention that he tried to get that information and it wasn't provided to him. That is because that is likely not the case. When an agency shuts a company down, they typically have to provide reason for why that happened.

my guess is that he's only providing partial information in an attempt for some type of sympathy. I really don't know.

Yeah he obviously did something and he must have some sort of idea. Either not the right permit or he was allowing people to drink in the premises would be my guess.
