Would be a large legal hurdle, I believe.

Most breweries could do 10-barrel batches if they have the space

To my knowledge, it's only available in season, and there is no way to get it here legally. I'm working with a couple friends who work with local distributors to help me get it down here.
If you can find a way to get it to La, I'm in.

Yeah, I'm wondering if I would be considered a brewer, distributor, retailer or none of the above.

Most homebrewers on this board have a better setup than Low Road. He is operating with basic homebrew equipment
