Columbus Day what’s on your smoker

About to put a 6 lb butt on my Weber. Got the snake set up and I just split a couple of hickory logs down. Chimney is burning now and almost ready to start the day.

2-8lb butts and 2 racks of St Louis ribs that I owe friends from a fund raiser raffle. The butts have been on since 145 this morning.

Nice. I was out today but my wife had to work her half day job and my kids were supposed to go to school. Sent my daughter but had to take my son to get some stitches removed and his flu shot. 3 hours in and the butt is looking great. Temp is holding between 260-280. Should drop off some but not bad for 3 hours.

I never come to this board but wanted to share a pic of the alligator kebabs me and my oldest son did Saturday. I was shocked at how good it turned out.
