PJ's next to Tulane. Beware: the girls are pretty slutty, but also become very attached very quickly, mon.

There's one on Freret Street over by Newman too. But let's be honest here. This is really two questions - one, is there a good coffee shop with wifi? Two, is there a place to study?

I tried doing work there, but that place and it's denizens gave me the creeps! I'm sure that was their intent, and it worked!

If you like your coffee with some attitude there is Rue de la Course at Oak and Carrolton.

I've never done school work there but use to hang with friends all the time in high school. It's out there but a chill place.
