Why don’t you just drink it faster? A couple of hours seems like an awfully long time to nurse a cup of coffee.

Are you asking a question or make a statement?

RTIC had their 20oz on sale a couple weeks ago for $9 and change. I bought 3 . They will hold it hot for quite a while. I use it for the drive in to work.

Yep. I'm not a Yeti cooler baw by any means, but the yeti tumblers can keep your coffee hot all the way from 8am to the afternoon.

Yeti tumblers (or equivalent) are good for commutes and whatnot.

Zojirushi makes the best true travel mug if you want a leak proof one. The lids come apart easily and simply for washing which is not true of some of the others.

Agree. If it takes you a couple hours to drink one cup of coffee, you likely didn't want it in the first place.

Foolish to get into this, but for years I would walk into my office with my morning cup and have three or four people waiting on me at the door with two or three hours worth of problems. I was the "Answer stops here" guy (VP of QA), so there was no wait a minute answer possible, and most problems involved several thousand dollar batches of drug product (up to $1,000,000 blood plasma reagent batches). Having a temp holding cup was a requirement. I had a small hot plate for a while. It just didn't work, but the stainless vacuum cups did the trick.

This. Hands down the best. I think the coffee actually gets hotter when you pour it in
