Two cappuccinos. Both filled with two espresso shots.
One in the morning before work, one after lunch before heading back to the office. Adding frothed milk so it adds up to about four shots of espresso and a little over a cup of milk per day.
If I'm hungry I may throw the first cappuccino in a protein shake, with cold milk.

I WFH so usually a cup at 8am right before starting and another after lunch around 1pm. I probably drink more on the weekends just to survive the day with three kids at home

I used to sip on coffee all day long. Now I can only have one cup of strong dark roast when I get up. Anything more and I get the jitters.
I love the smell of coffee so it's nice that there is always a pot on in the office.

About 20-24 oz per morning.

30-40 oz typically at home in the mornings, rarely will grab a nitro cold brew from Starbucks in the afternoons if I’m busy and have something going on in the evenings.
