Cochon de lait - Rotisserie hire

Hi Folks, I'm an Aussie spending Christmas in Baton Rouge and would like to cook a Cochon de lait for christmas Lunch.
Any recommendations where to hire a Rotisserie and where to purchase a butterflied whole hog in BR?
All suggestions much appreciated.

Any Associated Grocers store can order you a dressed pig. Let them know well in advance. They are frozen so give yourself time to thaw and make sure you have an ice chest large enough for it to fit in while thawing.

I'd start calling Party Rental places. They often have BBQ smokers and might have a rotisserie.
Another option is to build one.
Maybe buy one off Facebook/Craigslis?
Caja China is another option for cooking whole hog but you won't get the visual effect if it flipping around

iverstine in BR can get you a high quality dressed hog.
as noted, any AG store can also order one, likely to be a factory swine.
call AAA rent-all (ginger's party rentals) in BR they may have catering-type rotisseries for rent. they should also have tables/chairs/etc if you need them

Any slaughter house can get you a pig. Some like Eunice supperette will stuff and season one for you. If you can't find a rotisserie, look for a coonass microwave.
