I'm out at the pool right now so no access to my laptop and the spreadsheet. The last count I have access to was after Napoleon's vote which had a one point difference between second and third.

By my counting the two tied for first are actually tied for second if the omitted submissions are included in the count. Meaning MDS has first if his votes are counted
