Got to go from this fine place tonight. We (my wife) had to pick up technically after they close, but they were still there cleaning. The owner gave my wife the bit left of the crawfish , saying it has been their best seller.
Its an asian-style crawfish boil, with edamame, quail eggs, mushrooms, etc. It’s absolutely unbelievable.
This is the best thing available in Baton Rouge right now.

They kill it with this crawfish. I haven’t had it yet, but that’s my regular spot to go sit at the bar when I’m solo. The business they get from the crawfish is very solid.
Everyone there is so nice, so I’m very glad to see them do well. Eventually I’ll get the crawfish.
Their crispy curry fish is one of the best dishes in BR.

They should take some of the boil water, make some crawfish stock, and serve crawfish ramen. Would probably be delicious.
