Yes, a lot of people. On both sides of magazine street are tons of nice houses, small apartment buildings, and duplexes

Glad to see it tabled. That stretch of Magazine needs a parking lot or two if high volume places like Chipotle want to locate. It’s a parking nightmare these days. At least the restaurant strip on Freret has a city owned free lot and a pay lot.

There certainly is no shortage of Mexican spots on Magazine, but Superica is far greater than Juan’s, Carretta, Arana, Fuego etc, and would arguably be the best option in town Superica
