I know some were asking where to get it. Deep South Blenders in Elwood has it now.
Just picked up some for the boil

I've heard of Chinese 5 Spice and Sichuan Pepper.

Sichuan Pepper and Sesame Oil weren't meant to be together BTW. I use them in combination a lot.

Is it red?? Does it say Chinese Pepper on it? I would venture to say that yes it's Chinese Red Pepper.

Is this stuff difficult to find or will some grocery stores have it? Doing a boil in the Houston area and thinking about adding it. Do you put it in at the same time as the Zats powder and how much?
