Yeah depends what you get, but like the above poster said some of it, like general tso, is basically fried chicken drenched in sauce that isn't good for you. I still eat it in moderation though.

Get a vegetable dish with sauce on the side and use very little of it, along with eating white rice instead of fried rice, and no eggrolls.
