I'd love to find a way to get mine cheaper. I do them once a month and it isn't cheap. I'm using a heavy synthetic paper in an effort to have it withstand our volume. They can be wiped a bit but you'll get people using them as a place mat as well. If you guys are getting away with it on the cheap then I'm jealous. I'm currently working on doing something like World of Beers does with the ipads.

We print them on standard white printer paper on a high volume laser printer. We change out beers and menus so often that tossing the ones with beer stains on them doesn't really affect much when we're just going to reprint the whole mess tomorrow anyways.
