I've been cooking them on my Weber Kettle. I place the coals in the center and get the grill to 350-400 degrees. I place the wings around the outer circle while having the coals in the middle. Cook until the wings are done, usually about 30 min or so. Then I sauce the wings and quickly sear them over the center coals, which crisps them up. I got the recipe from Weber.com and it hasn't disappointed.

Edit: I forgot to add, I also add some wood chips right when I put the wings on. Not a ton, but it does create a slight smoke taste on the wings, which I enjoy.

Season wings. Lightly powder with flour. Cook in oven on parchment paper for 45 minutes at 450* turning at least once. Use favorite sauce. I generally use the butter/La. Hot sauce one.

I Like to put on grill and I like to marinate in ranch dry seasoning and slap ya mama in some beer. Then pat dry and Grill for a little while then start to coat with a mixture of dry ranch mix, garlic powder, a light amount of chili powder, and some slap ya mama (hot) Is delicious just make sure the dry ranch is cooked on to skin so you don’t just get a mouthful of dry ranch in a bite.

I have no freakin clue. Didn't realize it was gone.

I did wings on wire rack in oven for about 2 hours at 285 and rendered the fat/skin down.

Let them cool.

Had the Weber Genesis on high so it was rip roaring hot then put the wings on there to crisp up little more.

I tried a naked wing and thought it was much better than fried. Skin was absolutely crispy. Was more tender as well, meat came off the bone with no issue.

Then dipped couple in buffalo sauce I made, couple in a teriyaki glaze I made and put them back on the grill on one side and turned the heat off on the side I had the wings on. Let them get happy for about 10 more minutes.

Came out awesome. Everyone enjoyed.
