Homemade gator/pork sausage, cowbell biscuit, and the bacon praline snowball were my favorites.
I had the pork beignet with the orange marmalade on it and just thought it was ok.
There was a shredded pork over hogs head cheese grits served in a waffle cone that my friend liked a lot.
So many things to choose from.
Crowd is not too bad. It is very spread out and overcast so not too hot.
