Otis2 posted this about a decade ago. Is this still a good copy-cat recipe? Anyone tried this?

Check your local groceries, ours here carry the olive salad.

It is probably close, but people sell the jars on ebay and amazon. Marked up obviously, but it is aged and has the right flavor.

I experiment a bit, olive tapenade is nice, caponata makes a nice muff-like sandwich.
