Celebrating not killing someone today

It's been a week. A hell of a week. I didn't strangle anyone, yet, including the plumber I just paid $1,700 to be the most unlikable person I've literally ever met.

So here's what's going down, new butcher shop opened by the house and the owner talked me into this 30 day dry aged porterhouse. 2.62 lbs.



So I threw it on the grill to warm up.
