Having seen him overreact to mundane shite, I would imagine he does.

That's what "don't eat here" boils down to.

If he doesn't want customers that don't agree with him, let's see if he does anything about it.

If he wouldn't kick them out, then we're right back to where we started. He might not need their business, but he still wants it.

Seems like an actual reach, but tis was the logical conclusion to this thread, so glad we've finally made it.

That's a great way to piss off 50% of your marketplace.

You’re a liar. Everybody does it. You just happen to agree with this restaurant/store/whatever it is in this instance.

Nope. Theres tons of places i dont agree with their politics and i still shop there. But then again, i dont let politics rule my life.

This just isn't true. I think the whole BLM movement is disingenuous at best, and I completely disagree with the entire premise of that movement and most current leftist ideology, yet I've still eaten at many restaurants with BLM posters outside of them.

I can even disagree with someone politically and still be friends with them, I know this wild in 2021

So let's say you need a widget. Store A sells widgets and has no "offensive to you" material in their shop. Store B has the same widget but has "offensive to you" material and says they don't need your business.

You really picking Store B?

Your premise seems to be it takes effort to avoid places that go out of their way to pander only to a certain crowd. It takes no effort in 2021 IMo.

I would agree that it is a miserable existence if you go out of your way to see which businesses lean which way and make all your decision that way, because that would be exhausting and miserable. And also unsustainable as a conservative in an urban area

I know you aren't asking me, but I have the same opinion as the poster who you are posting to on the previous statements.

I would go to which ever store is more convenient to me.

only place I don't go into is Courtyard Brewery, which really hurts since All relations closed.

Now, CM .. too many other choices. I won't go out of my way but if it happens we go there I don't care.

Is it really a "miserable existence" to not support the in your face places though? That doesn't seem like the slightest bit of hyperbole to you?

Also I won't buy anything Fleurty Girl because she's a dirty tramp that cheated on her first husband who's a friend of mine and fathered two children with another man while they were still married. I guess you could say that's a personal reason more than politics.

Sure, I'll agree that it's hyperbole. But, at the same time I don't let that shite bother me, because it's not worth it to me. I put my own selfish priorities (convenience, good food, good drinks, environment, etc...) over politics. Honestly, I see shite like BLM signs outside of restaurants or stores and have the passing thought "that's stupid" as I'm walking in, and I never think about it again. I don't blame people if they don't support the "in your face" places, but I do think it would be weird and exhausting if you go out of your way to figure out which places you agree with politically and only frequent those.
