Sure but it probably won’t taste great. I can’t stand frozen meat. The texture is totally off

I would never eat frozen meat. I would think it is too hard.

I've bought meat in bulk that was labeled "Previously Frozen" and let it thaw to part it out to more manageable pieces and refroze it with no problems.

I do this all the time with 10 lb. bags of chicken leg quarters and 4-5 packs or split chicken breasts.
