Can I melt Godiva Chocolate bars into a liquid-ish and cover strawberries with it?

I love chocolate fondu strawberries. More than anything else, I love those frickers. Unfortunately, the opportunity to get them is limited to weddings and seldom events.
I also love Godiva chocolate. The grocery I go to has them in bars.
What is the best way to melt this chocolate and then cover strawberries with them, then freeze for it to harden to eat?
Microwave? In a pot on stove? Another way?

Double boiler is traditional, just have to make sure no moisture from the steam gets in the chocolate. It will seize. Microwave will work too, just take your time and not overheat the chocolate.
