If you are within the city limits it is illegal to have roosters.

I bought a sack of chicken feet at BR farmers market yesterday. Dollar a pound, five pound bag. Makes the best chicken stock you can get.

Havent made a stock with them but I have eaten them. They taste too much how they smell. Just not a good smell for me.

THey do in fact make the best richest chicken stock there is! If you can find a Sav-A-Lot grocery in an area you feel safe going into in the daylight, they usually have them as do my Asian markets.

Do you roast them first or just low simmer?
