Grabbed some Nonc’s quail eggs from the Superette in Eunice today.

Good texture on the eggs, spice was flavorful, juice was thick and just right, price was a little high at $11 but that’s how it goes these days.

I’ll try any jar of PQE I see.

I love a proper pickled quail egg. One of my favorite Bloody Mary accoutrements

No doubt, baw. You could use this juice as your bloody mix.

I don't see it anymore, but back when I was younger most bars had pickled eggs and pickled sausage in jars that they sold to customers.

A couple of each with a few pints of draft and I became fart machine---------and they were brutal.

Reuse the juice with some regular eggs, you'll get about two more jars worth for your money.

We get Joseph's (Mandeville) PQE's from Rouses. We rate them very good.

I’ve always loved them but they never liked my digestive tract.
