I'm looking for a good place to find dry spice mixes online. I'm looking for a Jamaican jerk blend with some good heat as well as a good dry curry(I like all kinds).

I like to use them as rubs on chicken, pork, and fish. I don't want any kind of sauce or wet marinade. Anybody have a good brand they can recommend? Links to buy? TIA

RedStick Spice Company

They are in BTR and have a website - they are really really good and I cook A LOT! Also, they are local.

They have a Jerk blend that is great!

I buy from them a lot. I am lucky they have a store here in Jacksonville, so I can go in and actually sample some of there stuff. I have bought stuff that I never would have ordered online, that way.

Penzey's has a ton of different curries. I don't think their jerk seasoning has the heat you are looking for. I just had red pepper flakes to mine.

When I do jerk chicken, I marinate my chicken in KC Masterpiece jerk marinade and then put my dry rub on it. It comes out with fantastic jerk taste. I don't use Lawry's marinade, just KC Masterpiece. Lawry's marinades all seem to have Italian dressing in them and although that's fine for some things, I don't like the hint of Italian dressing in my jerk flavor...
