We have family that raise and sell cows and buy from them every year. Just received a 1/2 today approximately 300 pounds. Just curious what random uses/recipes you guys have to help freshen up my dinner table. Obvious ideas aside, throw some ideas around and thanks in advance.

Cuts are lots of ground meat, round steak, flank steak, tip steak, brisket, stew meat, ribeye, filet, NY strip, sirloin, chuck roast, round roast and I’m sure others I’m missing.
