I’m not saying they are the best thing out there, but I’ve never had them until today. Granted, the ones I got were fresh and hot, but they are like little chicken fried chicken fingers (chicken fried steak). I didn’t get any sauce, but a little white gravy dipping sauce would work well.
I can see how bad they would get pretty quick if not hot.
NoW, I’ve had their chicken nuggets and those things are the worst thing ever made.

I’ve ordered these several times on the road and have never, ever, gotten them hot. Always lukewarm & a bit chewey. Would love to try them crispy, fresh out of the grease... but I’m about 0/4 - all at different locations. Oh well.
