To find out if this place is any good or not, since most of the reviews I have heard are negative. Is that ok with you my bro? What is the appropriate time limit to bump a thread? It was opened last month and I never saw any further mention of it so I bumped it, sue me, baw.
edit: It is new so I figured other people may have had better experiences (opening pains)

I hang out around that area a lot so I am sure I will end up there soon, will bump this again and post a review

I’ve been there twice for drinks and liked it a lot. Once dressed nice after a good meal and after last Friday’s LSU baseball game. It wasn’t hot at all. There’s actually a nice breeze up there. The sun beating on you could be a different story but there’s a downstairs for that. I had ghost in the machine and tin roof voodoo on tap. The only problem is the music- it’s 90 and indie rock on pretty low volume. My friend loves that music and even said it’s not the place for it at night there. It definitely made things a little boring or mellow. 8.5 for that reason alone. Has potential to be 9.5 with more upbeat atmosphere.

I went for lunch just after the opening. Food was ok. Has anyone been lately and seen an improvement?
The build out is nice but it gets damn hot on the roof at lunch.
