I'll be cooking pork neck confit with a kimchi cornbread pudding and a jolly rancher/reserved kimchi liquid sweet and sour reduction.
I will also cut myself badly opening the jolly rancher package, and after bleeding through several plastic gloves, the judges will refuse to taste my dish.
