I'm usually just a salt and pepper guy on my brisket but I saw this at Kroger last night and decided to give it a try.

As much as an offset guy as I am, I love that Bronco. Looks versatile for the price.
Glad to see someone else out there with a Pixel, those phones do amazing things to pictures on its own.

That rub I picked up from Kroger was really good btw. Salt and Pepper are still the two primary ingredients in it but that coriander and green chili pepper added a nice touch. I'll definitely use again.
