Brisket Cut?

Never saw brisket packaged like this. Cut it in half and gave some point and some flat. Gonna throw it on the pit, along with a butt tomorrow and see what happens.

Looks like most of the point, is it cut on that side too? Some people just want the flat for non BBQ stuff, usually see that a lot. Don't think I have seen the point like this though.

Weird. For what they charge for a flat you would think that would be cut completely off.

They just cut it in half, trimmed a little fat off and charged too much calling it trimmed. Got the big end of both the flat and point.
