Is a very good BBQ joint.
Went the 1st week after he opened and it was pretty meh. Went last week and wow. Only had ribs & brisket and both were top shelf.
Place is small, parking a pain, and the side (mac-n-cheese) only avg, but otherwise very good.

I've only been in the first week. Need to go back.

I picked up a pan of prime beef brisket enchiladas from them on my way home today. They were excellent! Large flour tortillas were stuffed with big chunks (not shredded) of fatty and lean brisket along with some cheese. They were covered in his homemade chili queso sauce that would likely make even shoe leather edible. The pan comes with a side of pinto beans that were perfectly spiced with more chunks of brisket. When I stopped in at 4pm their chalkboard by the register said they had sold out of pork ribs, enchiladas, and brisket. The pans of Thursday special brisket enchiladas can be ordered a day ahead.

Brett started posting 1 year after you, and close to the same time as me.
That's impressive foresight.

Well your best snipers learn to sit still for days, eating cashews and peeing in a jar waiting for that perfect moment to fire.
