It's a cool building. That would be a good location for Jose Andres to jump into the New Orleans market. (yes I know, by project, but also by good neighborhood too)
Andres has done awesome stuff with turn of the century warehouse space in Washington. His one year only concept "American Eats" was awesome.
New Orleans has nothing really like his unique style of cooking.
