Superior on Highland has a legit Lenten menu.

If I remember correctly, it is fried oyster tacos, a soft shell crab taco dish, chargrilled oysters, etc. Lots of stuff that isn't on their regular menu.
I think even grilled octopus.

Late to the punch, but the cafeteria in one of the downtown govt buildings (iberville I think?) has a fried shrimp/fish with fries and a drink combo for like $7 every Friday for lunch.
