Could you be thinking of Opelousas baked chicken? It requires a lot of basting. It's in the TD recipe book stickied at the top of the page.

Sure.
1 stick of melted salted butter
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.
Mix all together and baste chicken every time you flip on grill.
Enjoy.
