Meh good, i just think its a bad name.

You could name a place Dick Head Liquors and if its conveniently located with a good supply, i'll shop there.

fightin tigers, my beer reps working on getting Parish GR. I did just get in the various Goose Island old Farmhouse Ales. (Halia, Gillian, Lolita, Juliet) I will let you know as soon as we get the Parish.

Let fightin tigers fill you in on the beers, but if you get some rogue hazelnut I'll be there, or old Rasputin, or narwhal, or mikkeller beer geek breakfast

tduecen, Sounds good! I do have Mikkellers Milk stout, and just got in the dbl IPA. My Alexandria location had a steady supply of Old Rasputin, but it's been out of stock from the distributor for the last 2 months (our distributors suck) I will work on the Sierra Narwhal, and Rogue too! Thanks! Michelle

Hi, I'm the owner. Hokus is a family business, and I have cousins, sometimes daughters who work with me. Thank y'all for your business! I'm happy to be back home after being in Alexandria for 20 years!

I no longer drink hard liquor, I went to one of the beer tastings (actually I went to shop and they had it) and I just sampled some stuff. Would be awesome if they worked with some local breweries and did special releases or something. Would probably bring in a good bit of business, could also talk to owner of Griffin Grill to cook and do it in the Parking Lot because Burger Delight was the shite in high school.

I agree! A Burgers and Beer event! The owners of Griffin Grill are awesome, so they'd be in! I'm in the process of working with some of our local Brewers and Distillers for upcoming events. Now our distributors are the worse! It's like pulling teeth to get anything new, or for them to ship me enough stock for the weekend! I will let y'all know!

I'm also going to extend next Wednesday until 7! Hope that helps!

Last time I went, they were unfortunately out of TR Coffee porter, but they were having a small wine tasting.. I got a taste of Port and it was delicious.

Well that would be great, being right smack in middle of Nola/BR could draw a decent crowd. Especially if Parish, Tin Roof, or Nola would work with y'all.

It's been a few weeks since I went. I stocked up before Alabama game and went to Alexander's because I knew they had what I wanted.

Any distributor in particular or all distributors you have suck? Just curious because I don't recall the owners of other establishments in Baton Rouge blasting on their distributor for their beer selection.
