Bought Sirloin Tip Steak by accident. What can I make with this?

I do not have a bunch of seasonings or spices in the pantry so something that is not going to be too extensive or labor intensive.
Thanks for suggestions.

Lots of dishes...sirloin is very versatile
Marinate in teriakyi and soy sauce for a few hours, cook it in a wok or cat iron hot

Pound it senseless, dip in milk, flour and fry. Makes great country fried steak. Mashed taters and brown gravy would be nice. Some like that white pepper gravy too.

Is it a sirloin fat cap? Can you post a picture?

Cut it up, if it’s not already cubed up and put it in a boil pot with whatever seasoning’s you have. After that boil pot is going for awhile, you could crack some eggs off in it, put a lid on it, turn off the heat and check on it about 20 minutes later.

Fajitas- Grill to medium inside with a nice char on outside and cut against the grain. I prefer Skirt Steak for Fajitas but sirloin is fine.
Country fried steak- Pound it, season it, batter and fry- Yummy
