I'd never heard of boudin stuffed chicken wings until I saw a St Landry Parish FB post celebrating National Fried Chicken Day. Apparently DezMeaux's Boudin in Opelousas makes them.

Never had one but they look delicious. Any other places near Lafayette make them? Will be driving through the area and want to get some. Thanks

Chicken wings or turkey wings?

There are places in the Lafayette area that have stuffed turkey wings. I've never heard of boudin stuffed turkey wings (but it sounds good).

The post said chicken wings. Thought that would have been tough to stuff but apparently they do. And it looks delicious

The meat market next to corner bar (Tooks?)used to have them. They take a whole wing including the drum, flat and tip and debone with a sharp pairing knife. Look it up on YouTube. Actually pretty easy...
