Boudin stuffed chicken time

I'm thinking about cooking a boudin stuffed chicken on the grill this weekend and wondering if anyone has done this before. I've only had it done in the oven (by other people) and it was pretty good. My question is how long would it take? Trying to plan ahead. Any advice is welcome. It'll be on a gas grill. Thanks.

My concern would be it falling apart when you try and move it unless you have it in a pan.
But to answer your question, stuffed chickens usually take an hour to hour and 15 minutes in my oven. On a grill I would think about the same time. Use a good meat thermometer.

I've smoked a boneless stuffed chicken from Hebert's before, came out great. When the internal temp of the meat got to 165 I pulled it, worked just as well as it had been in the oven, didn't need to put it in a pan as it stayed whole just fine.
If on a gas grill I guess you'd try to keep it away from direct heat and treat it as if it was in an oven.

The crawfish stuffed boneless chicken from NuNu's is the best stuffed chicken I have ever tasted. I'm sure Hebert's has something similar.

They have a crawfish and rice one, but the GOAT is the jalapeno crawfish cornbread

That's the one I smoked, I was concerned about the rice ones drying out and getting crunchy but I don't think that'll matter. Now I want to go get one to smoke for the game tomorrow.
