Just had a slice of boudin pie.
It’s a traditional pie crust, filled with boudin meat topped with sweet potato soufflé , pecans and a praline glaze.
Sweet and savory. Highly recommend. My brother brought it from Cane River Pecan company in New Iberia

It’s a solid slice of pie! I know the people over at cane river, all of there stuff is good.
