Agreed, but an interesting thing about Boucherie is that they have a different international influence each month. This month it's an Asian thing, last month it was mediterranean. They'll basically have variations on the same items...I've noticed they always have duck confit and scallop dishes, but they change the influence on these each month. Always good stuff, though. The brisket is one of my favorite dishes in the city.
