I've got a couple dozen live crabs and couple pounds of shrimp. Also grabbed a few pounds of snow crab clusters for the kids.
I'd like to just do it all together. What would y'all recommend on the timing of each.
I'm thinking boil crabs like I normally do. The drop shrimp in the last couple minutes. Then drop snow crabs in after I turn of heat and let soak.
Worried snow crabs might get too spicy though
Thoughts?

I would add the shrimp once you cut the heat and would just steam the snow crab legs.

I think you are fine adding the shrimp at the end. I think steaming the crab legs sounds like a good idea also.

That's what I was worried about
Steamed crab legs it is.
Fresh corn? Boil it longer I'm assuming right.
Will is be too spicy though?

I put my water to boil and add all my seasoning. When the waters boiling I add my potatos and mushrooms if I have some. When that gets boiling I time it for 8 minutes and add my crabs boil them for 5 minutes, add my shrimp and boil them till I see and air pockets between the shell and meat then I shut it off. Let it soak till they seasoned like you like them.

Are your mushrooms mush? I usually add at soak and they are cooked and hotter than hell.

A Couple of dozen crabs go a long way, you cooking for a bunch of people? Crabs, blue, always seem like the meal...the focus, the pace...you have to chill to eat crabs. I'm in MD/VA and people here pick/peal crabs like fricking idiots. I still want to go get a dozen and drink a shite ton of beer picking away.
