I would, but I'd plan on shopping and going to a few other places.

Blue Oak is worth the drive IMO.

Well of course. I wouldn't drive in for it then turn right back around. Heck my consumption went down when they moved to mid city. You know how far that is from uptown ?

Upon the glowing recommendations of this board, I went to blue oak for lunch today. Got the wings with kung pao sauce, and it was very good. Person I was with got brisket, and it was phenomenal. New to New Orleans, so thanks for the recommendation
