My wife and I love having Roasted Garlic and Blue Cheese for an appetizer. We've been using Gorgonzola pretty consistently but lately we have tried Roquefort and Stilton with Roquefort being our favorite. Any other suggestions in the realm of stinky cheese we need to try??

I'm interested too. Love that type of cheese.

Reminded me of this classic.

Maytag if you want a domestic.

But Gorgonzola, Stilton, Roquefort are the big 3 of bleus.

Cashel Blue is good too.

But overall Roquefort is normally going to be the stinkiest.
