If you break up a Biscoff Cookie over the top of it and eat it...it makes for a perfect flavor mixture and might very well be the most delicious thing I have ever tasted.

I will make Jeni's Ice Cream base and while it's spinning I will mix in Biscoff cookie butter and dark chocolate covered pretzels.
