Blendtec Appreciation Thread

I've had a Blendtec for the past 5/6 years. It broke the other day and Blendtec sent me a brand new one -- no questions asked. Can't beat that if you're looking for a top of the line blender with awesome customer service

I tested them when I worked at UL...they were beasts. One of our tests was a locked rotor current test and we literally couldn't lock up the rotor. Switch break?

I think it was the switch -- couldn't really tell to be honest. I beat the frick out of that blender, though

I’ll chime in, we have one. Thing is a beast. Even will pulverize an avocado pit in a smoothie. Great for making peanut butter. That remind me, need to do this. I get smoked almonds from Costco and make smoked almond butter. Have not done that in awhile.
