Anyone else pick one of these bad boys up at Lowes? It's fantastic. I've been cooking breakfast on it all week. 4 burners, heats evenly, easy to clean up. Did fajitas the other night and they came out great. Between this, the Akorn, and my old Genesis, I will barely turn the stove on now.

A good friend if mine in the catering business has one. He does Grillade Wraps with it.

What's wrong with your stove?

Got one back in May. So far I've cooked fajitas, fried rice, steak, and breakfast. I've wanted a hibachi style cooker for a while and this one works great.

How is that going to hold up over time with our humidity? Do you cover it with something?

Yeah, I got the cover at Lowes for about $40. Cooktop will rust quickly if you leave it uncovered. Comes off pretty easy after heating up, covering with oil, and taking a paint scraper to it though.
