Black pepper bacon

We had a thread here several weeks ago on cooking bacon. The favored method was in the oven, and someone mentioned that if this method was employed you could add black pepper, brown sugar or any other seasoning desired before putting the bacon into the oven.

Try Sam's. I know a lot of their stuff is customized to the local area, but they always had great deals on Kiolbassa peppered bacon, which my daughter loved.

ETA: Sam's apparently isn't selling any peppered bacon anymore. This is H-E-B's version, although it's not quite as thick as Kiolbassa's was. I can mule in as much as you want, I have very little better to do most weekends.
