Not sure about the bad service. Everytime I go it's decent service. The pizza is good and they have a good beer selection. I can't complain about it at all.

We went once. Not going again. The service was the worst I've ever had in any restaurant.

I personally think that their pizza sucks. Their pizza is kinda like a poor man's Pizza Hut pan pizza from the 80s. They don't put sauce on it, just chunk tomatoes. I do like some of their other menu items, though. I also like their home-brewed root beer, and their cream soda was the best I've had (not sure if they still make it, though.)

Their "pizookie" dessert is awesome... peanut butter cookie w/ chocolate ice cream

My husband and I go there every once in a while when we are at the Mall. We always sit in the bar and have always had good service. We usually just get appetizers or share a salad, which is large enough for two and a couple of beers. If you don't go with extremely high expectations for the food, and just enjoy the company of your friends, you will be ok!

I've been twice, sat in the bar area once and AT the bar once, I like their "lighter" menu items. They've clearly marked everything that's under 500 calories or so. Some of the beers are lower-calorie too.

I had a grilled or blackened (cant recall which) fish dish once that was passable, and one of the flatbread pizzas. I was not impressed with the pizza-- too thin crust that was burnt-ish, and the chunky tomatoes in place of sauce that someone already mentioned.

However, their signature dessert, tatziki (spelling probably butchered) is so worth going for... It's a cookie baked in a pan just about the size of a personal pan pizza, with a scoop of ice cream on top. Every bite is crunchy and chewy, warm and cold, and delicious!

They make the best turkey club sandwich I have ever had. Everything else is good. It IS a chain and has that feel but it is a good chain.

Hahahah. Thanks. I've never seen it on the menu. My friend ordered it for us the first time and when I went the second time and she offered it for dessert, I clearly wasn't listening, because my answer was YES!

I went their for lunch today. Had one of their brews, Piranha Pale Ale, it is pretty good. But after I ordered, I looked over at the bar and realized they had a fairly decent draft selection beyond their owns brews. Arrogant Bastard and Maudite (paging Kim Jong Ir) were among the ones that jumped out at me.
