Odered a Deangelos pizza in Prairieville last night and drove past Big Slice Pizza and noticed they have opened. Anyone been yet? What did you think if so?

I haven't been, but I have read mixed reviews on the Ascension Parish Business FB page.

I don't like the name either. Reminds me too much of Big Sausage Pizza that doesn't really involve the digestion of pizza,

Stopped in last week for a togo order. Pizza was good but not anything special. I know they are new, but Id drive to Roma for a better slice of pie at the moment.

Went yesterday. Taste wise it's better than anything else you'll get in that area. Ingredients are nice also. The only negative for me is the dough is too chewy. I expect my brick oven pizza to have a crispy bottom. The edges were charred a bit, but still tasted undercooked.
