Dampen a paper towel pretty good, put jambalaya in bowl, cover with paper towel. Heat it up.

Wet paper towel keeps the rice from drying out.

Sous Vide method...

Big ziplock back it vacuum seal in a pot of hot water til ready to eat

Put it in a colander over boiling water - steam it hot

those plastic plate covers they sell for microwaves with vent holes

they keep you food from splattering in the microwave when you nuke it so it stays clean
